Exchange Policy
At Shees Wear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are accepted only if the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Tags and labels are still attached.
- You provide a valid invoice or order number.
- The exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Procedure
To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery by calling 0335 3399692. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the received product is faulty or incorrect.
Return Policy
Shees Wear does not offer cash refunds on purchased items.
If the product you received is defective or incorrect, it can be exchanged after inspection and approval by our support team.
No exchange or return will be accepted on sale or discounted items.
Important Guidelines
- Please do not accept any parcel that appears opened or tampered with.
- Accept only parcels that are sealed in official Shees Wear packaging.
- Exchanges after 7 days of delivery will not be entertained.
